• Does this switch support PoE, OSPF, or BGP?
  No to all three. The CBS350-12XT is a non-PoE 10G aggregation switch and supports only static IPv4/IPv6 routing at Layer 3. If you need PoE, look at CBS350-NGP or CBS350-MGP variants. If you need OSPF or BGP, you'll need a Cisco Catalyst-class switch.
• How do the 2 combo ports work?
  The 2 combo ports support either 10GBase-T (RJ-45) or 10G SFP+ (fiber/DAC/AOC) — one media type per port at a time, not both simultaneously. Compatible with Cisco 1G/10G SFP and SFP+ transceivers, plus DAC and AOC cables.
