Cisco Meraki MR33 is a 2x2:2 802.11ac Wave 2 quad-radio, cloud-managed access point with MU-MIMO support. Designed for next-generation deployments in offices, schools, hospitals, retail stores and hotels, the MR33 delivers performance, enterprise security and simple management.
MR33 provides a maximum aggregated frame rate of 1.3 Gbps* with simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios. A third dedicated radio provides real-time WIDS/WIPS with automated RF optimization. An integrated Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) radio provides beacon and scan functionality.
The combination of cloud management, 802.11ac Wave 2, full-time RF scanning and integrated Bluetooth technology delivers the throughput, reliability and flexibility required by demanding professional applications such as voice and video HD.
MR33 is managed through the Meraki cloud, with an intuitive browser-based interface that allows rapid deployment without training or certification. Since the MR33 is self-configurable and web-managed, it can even be deployed to a remote site without on-site IT staff.
MR33 is monitored 24/7 via the Meraki cloud, which provides real-time alerts if the network experiences problems. Remote diagnostic tools enable real-time, web-based troubleshooting, meaning networks across multiple locations can be managed remotely.
MR33 firmware is always updated from the cloud. New features, bug fixes, and enhancements are delivered seamlessly over the web, meaning no manual software updates need to be downloaded or missing security patches.
